Cleaning: Use a dry, soft cloth to gently remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid water, cleaning solutions or abrasive materials.

By following these simple steps, you can ensure your Milestone Replica remains in pristine condition for years to come.

WARRANTY

At Milestone Replicas, we are committed to providing beautiful, high quality personalized keepsakes. From design to packaging, we are dedicated to exceeding the customers’ expectations. If a Milestone Replica arrives with a manufacturing error, product defect or shipping damage, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. We want to help make it right.

The warranty does not cover replicas that have inscription errors made by the customer, replicas that are discolored due to environmental factors, or replicas that have been abused or neglected by the customer.

Please contact Milestone Replicas to obtain warranty service by emailing info@milestonereplicas.com. Include a summary of the issue along with a photo. A Return Material Authorization (RMA), which will be provided by our office is required for all returns/exchanges. Any replicas returned without an RMA will not be processed.
